Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life, however it’s my desire to be effective and fair to all my clients, so the following policies are enforced:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. You may cancel or reschedule via text, call or email. Any of these ways are perfectly fine. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hour notice you will be charged 50% of the booked services. No shows will be required to pay 100% of the booked services.
This amount must be paid prior to the next scheduled appointment.
